Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All our jewels are hypoallergenic nickel free. The material with which it is made is specified within the description of each jewel.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept advance payments by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

Can you ship to any country in the world?
We currently offer shipping to Italy and Europe.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Orders are processed within 24/48 hours of receiving the order, except holidays.

How are the products shipped?
The products are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport. We ship via BRT courier .

How much is shipping?

• Shipments to Italy:
  Free (for orders over €69.00)
  €5.90 (for orders under €69.00)
• Shipping to Europe: €14.00

What should I do if I received an incorrect or defective item?
